Corporate Strategy Project Analyst (Mortgage)

Salary: $84,045–$103,818 annually, with potential annual bonus or incentives.

What you will do

• Maintain project and portfolio dashboards, workspaces, artifacts, tickets, dependencies, risks, and follow-ups.
• Support project intake, prioritization, workflow management, and cost-benefit analysis through structured data gathering.
• Own recurring and ad-hoc reporting, executive decks, and leadership updates for Corporate Strategy.
• Maintain Smartsheet, Confluence, ADO, and JIRA environments while ensuring consistent and accurate PMO processes.
• Support Project Managers as a secondary PM, including defining scope, goals, deliverables, tasks, resources, timelines, and project plans.
• Coordinate project teams and vendors, track deliverables, perform quality assurance, and report project progress, issues, and solutions to stakeholders.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of related project management experience or experience in a similar field.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Entry-level knowledge of the residential mortgage industry, including correspondent or retail lending, sales, operations, capital markets, or related products and services.
• Entry-level knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, industry rules, regulations, standards, and practices.
• Entry-level to intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams, deadlines, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment, with advanced written and verbal communication skills.
