Staff Pharmacist (Hospital & Healthcare)

Location: Lenexa, Kansas, United States; in-person work. Day and evening shifts, including weekends.

Salary: $60–$65 per hour, based on experience.

What you will do

• Plan, organize, and direct pharmacy policies and procedures.
• Manage pharmacy operations at the Lenexa facility and maintain compliance with state, federal, and local regulations.
• Educate and supervise pharmacy technicians and other employees.
• Review prescriptions and patient histories, including complex orders requiring pharmacokinetic calculations and TPN monitoring.
• Consult with nurses and physicians on medication use and potential drug interactions.
• Conduct quality assurance, verify prescription accuracy, and support customer and vendor relationships.

Requirements

• B.S. in Pharmacy or Pharm.D. degree.
• Valid Kansas pharmacy license in good standing required.
• Self-motivation and strong leadership skills.
• Teamwork and team-building skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Availability for day and evening shifts, including weekends, and in-person work.
