Annual salary: $98,000–$172,000 for a 40-hour/week schedule, prorated for other scheduled hours. Additional annual or quarterly performance bonuses and a $25,000 sign-on bonus are offered.

What you will do

• Provide pharmaceutical care by accurately processing and dispensing prescriptions.
• Counsel customers on medications and health care needs while maintaining confidentiality and required records.
• Administer immunizations and other hirify.global health programs in compliance with pharmacy regulations.
• Lead quality, patient safety, risk-reduction, and error-reporting initiatives within the facility.
• Implement and monitor health care compliance initiatives, including billing procedures, HIPAA, and standard operating procedures.
• Guide, mentor, and support associates while resolving customer issues and improving operational execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, PharmD, or an equivalent FPGE qualification through NABP.
• Pharmacy license required by the job entry date.
• Completion of an ACPE-accredited immunization training program.
• Ability to work full time at the Alexandria, Minnesota facility.
