Location: Memphis, Tennessee, United States; onsite role. Weekday shifts vary from opening to closing, with rotating weekends and holidays.
Salary: $50.00–$89.50 per hour.

What you will do
- Oversee medication distribution and control activities for the assigned pharmacy area.
- Review medication requests, verify doses and profiles, and interpret drug therapy protocols.
- Maintain dispensing records for medications, investigational drugs, and controlled substances.
- Provide drug information, patient education, and counseling based on individual orders and patient conditions.
- Document protocol deviations and clinical interventions while contributing to research, quality improvement, technology review, and utilization evaluation.
- Guide pharmacy technicians and communicate with colleagues and patients to support quality care.
Requirements
- Graduate of a College of Pharmacy accredited by the American Council of Pharmacy Education.
- At least two years of relevant experience; hospital pharmacy experience is preferred.
- Experience with regulatory and policy compliance, pharmacy documentation systems, and databases.
- Experience implementing process improvements and guiding pharmacy staff.
- Licensure by the Tennessee State Board of Pharmacy is required.
