(USA) Staff Pharmacist-Ca $30,000 Sign On Bonus

Location: Onsite in Hesperia, California, United States

Salary: $47.12–$82.69 per hour, plus annual or quarterly performance bonuses. The position includes a $30,000 sign-on bonus.

What you will do

• Process and accurately dispense prescription orders while providing medication counseling and maintaining confidential records.
• Provide comprehensive patient care, including administering immunizations and other pharmacy health programs.
• Lead patient safety, quality assurance, loss prevention, and operational improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, billing procedures, pharmacy regulations, company policies, and standard operating procedures.
• Build stakeholder relationships, provide expert guidance, and implement business and compliance solutions.
• Direct, coach, mentor, and hold associates accountable for customer service, patient care, safety, and compliance standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, PharmD, or equivalent FPGE through NABP.
• Active pharmacy license by the job entry date.
• Completion of an ACPE-accredited immunization training program.
• Ability to work onsite at the Hesperia, California pharmacy location.
• Ability to maintain confidential information and comply with applicable state and federal regulations.
