Staff Pharmacist Market Support (Pharmacy)

Location: Onsite in Dilworth, Minnesota, United States

Salary: $98,000–$172,000 annual base salary for a 40-hour/week schedule, plus annual or quarterly performance bonuses and a $25,000 sign-on bonus.

What you will do

• Provide pharmaceutical care by accurately dispensing prescriptions, counseling customers, administering immunizations, and delivering other pharmacy programs.
• Maintain confidential patient information, controlled-medication records, and required documentation.
• Lead quality patient-care, safety, compliance, billing, HIPAA, and standard operating procedure execution.
• Analyze reports and audits, identify improvement opportunities, and implement corrective action plans focused on root causes and risk reduction.
• Build relationships with stakeholders, provide expert guidance, and support business solutions and strategic initiatives.
• Coach, mentor, and guide associates on customer service, pharmacy operations, compliance, and patient-safety practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, PharmD degree, or equivalent FPGE through NABP.
• Pharmacy license required by the job entry date.
• Completion of an ACPE-accredited immunization training program.
• Ability to work onsite at the Dilworth, Minnesota facility.
• Ability to follow applicable Board of Pharmacy statutes, regulations, company policies, HIPAA requirements, and safety procedures.
