Regional Manager (Property Management)

Location: Seattle Main Office

Yearly salary: $110,000–$130,000

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and hold Property Managers and site teams accountable across a regional affordable housing portfolio.
• Partner with maintenance, compliance, accounting, and centralized operations teams.
• Drive occupancy, collections, delinquency reduction, unit turns, and operational performance.
• Review budgets, forecasts, and variances while balancing compliance requirements with resident-focused operations.
• Represent Arboreal with owners, asset managers, lenders, and housing agencies.
• Refine SOPs, training, and operating standards while supporting acquisitions, lease-ups, and asset transitions.

Requirements

• 7+ years of multifamily property management experience.
• Experience leading multiple properties or a regional portfolio.
• Proven success with audits, agency reviews, and operational turnarounds.
• Strong leadership, accountability, and operational judgment in regulated affordable housing environments.

Nice to have

• COS or HCCP certification.
• Experience in Washington, Oregon, or similarly regulated states.
• Experience in growing or institutional platforms.
