Regional Property Manager (Atlanta)

Location: Atlanta, Georgia, USA

Salary: USD 120,000–130,000 per year plus an annual target bonus.

What you will do

• Oversee operations for multiple apartment assets in the Atlanta portfolio.
• Lead, develop, mentor, and coach Community Managers and their teams.
• Manage leasing and maintenance activities while improving resident satisfaction.
• Own property budgets, increase revenue, and deliver operational and financial goals.
• Use sales processes and performance metrics to drive results.
• Ensure compliance with legal standards and company policies.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in sales, customer service, and asset management, ideally in property management or a related industry.
• 5+ years of consistent experience leading large teams in competitive sales and customer service environments.
• Proven ability to mentor and coach diverse teams.
• General understanding of financials and budgets.
• Knowledge of property management systems and tools such as OneSite, SmartRent, and Salesforce.
