What you will do

• Supervise the overall day-to-day operations of the senior housing property.
• Serve as the primary contact for staff, residents, prospects, families, community organizations, government agencies, and the public.
• Optimize occupancy by working with prospective and existing residents, family members, and guests.
• Hire, train, supervise, and manage all property staff.
• Manage the property budget, cash flow, resident records, and compliance with city, state, and federal programs.
• Ensure the building, grounds, and property are maintained through preventative maintenance programs.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of management experience in hospitality or senior housing.
• Valid driver's license.
• Professional communication and listening skills.
• Ability to work compassionately and patiently with elderly, ill, disabled, emotionally upset, or hostile residents.
• Strong management skills and willingness to work harmoniously with staff.
• Ability to be on call 24/7 and handle property financial matters and emergencies.
