Operations Specialist (Supply Chain)

Location: United States, California, Los Angeles; office-based role.

Annual base salary: $70,304–$75,000 USD.

What you will do

• Build, document, and maintain standardized operating procedures across Ceremony of Roses and its affiliates.
• Optimize Asana workflows, templates, and dashboards to improve operational visibility and cross-functional alignment.
• Lead Asana onboarding and training for new employees and provide ongoing workflow guidance.
• Manage end-to-end vendor onboarding, including documentation, approvals, system setup, and payment readiness.
• Support operational projects, technology implementations, timeline tracking, deliverable management, and global process refinement.
• Contribute to special projects involving freight and inventory reconciliation, cost analysis, margin reporting, and global inventory transfers.

Requirements

• At least 2–3 years of experience in operations, supply chain, or production; apparel, consumer products, or music and entertainment experience is preferred.
• Experience with Asana or a similar project and work management platform.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills, including pivot tables, formulas, and reporting.
• Experience with ERP or ecommerce platforms such as Shopify, SAP, NetSuite, or similar systems.
• Knowledge of costing, COGS tracking, landed costs, margin analysis, purchase orders, 3PL coordination, freight terms, inventory reconciliation, and fulfillment workflows.
• Ability to manage multiple launches, deadlines, and vendors while communicating clearly and maintaining accuracy.
