What you will do

• Collaborate with interiors, project leadership, architects, planners, designers, and technical experts to deliver projects.
• Prepare, present, and document interior design concepts and details across all project phases.
• Participate in design reviews, client interviews, presentations, and business development pursuits.
• Advocate for project and design excellence while identifying solutions to delivery challenges.
• Develop technical knowledge related to project documentation and construction administration.
• Promote sustainable design approaches that foster healthy environments and occupant well-being.

Requirements

• Natural born U.S. citizenship is required.
• Knowledge of the interior design process from programming through construction administration.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across disciplines and market sectors.
• Commitment to design excellence, innovation, and continuous technical development.
• Ability to contribute to a solutions-based, team-focused design process.

Nice to have

• Federal project experience.
• Active membership in industry associations.
• Sustainability credentials, accreditations, or certificates in the country of residence.
• Experience with Bluebeam, Rhino, and Enscape.
