Architectural Designer, Intermediate (Revit)

Location: Hybrid role based in Austin, Dallas, or Houston, Texas, United States; four days in the office with flexibility to work elsewhere on Fridays.

What you will do

• Develop architectural designs and creative technical solutions for projects of varying sizes and complexity.
• Coordinate project documents, technical development, schedules, budgets, and work plans with project managers and integrated design teams.
• Implement BIM standards, quality assurance and control procedures, and company protocols.
• Lead project-team collaboration, communicate design ideas, and participate in client presentations.
• Provide technical guidance to junior staff and align cost estimates with design objectives.
• Contribute to project success, marketing, and business development efforts.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in Architecture.
• Minimum five years of professional architecture experience.
• Proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam, and architecture software.
• Technical design skills, including evaluating and recommending solutions that meet client needs.
• Knowledge of sustainable design principles and experience producing precise deliverables.
• Strong collaboration, organization, communication, problem-solving, decision-making, innovation, and attention to detail.
