Interior Designer

Location: Cleveland, Ohio, United States; four days in the office with flexibility to work outside the office on Fridays

Compensation: $80,000–$100,000 USD, listed as an hourly rate

What you will do

• Develop creative and technically sound interior design solutions, including space planning, material and finish palettes, products, and FF&E.
• Create 3D renderings, presentation drawings, graphic presentations, and precise technical plans.
• Coordinate interior design and technical development with integrated project teams, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and fee alignment.
• Lead design collaboration, client interactions, presentations, site walks, and Construction Administration meetings.
• Apply BIM standards, oversee QA/QC procedures, and resolve clash detection issues.
• Support project scheduling, work plans, document delivery, and coordination with Project Managers.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of professional interior design experience.
• Undergraduate degree in Interior Design.
• Professional licensure.
• Proficiency in Revit and strong proficiency in A/E/I/P software; knowledge of Bluebeam.
• Technical knowledge of design techniques, tools, sustainable principles, and constructable interior design detailing.
• Strong communication, collaboration, organization, problem-solving, decision-making, multitasking, and attention-to-detail skills.
