Interior Designer, K-12

Location: San Diego or San Francisco, California, United States. Four days per week are worked in the office, with flexibility to work outside the office on Fridays. Occasional travel is required.

Salary: $75,000–$100,000 USD per year.

What you will do

• Design and deliver complex projects from schematic design through construction administration.
• Develop conceptual designs, program requirements, space plans, drawings, models, images, and presentation materials.
• Create comprehensive material, finish, and mood palettes and prepare detailed specifications.
• Lead design collaboration and generate solutions with integrated, cross-disciplinary project teams.
• Communicate with clients, contractors, vendors, and team members through written, oral, and visual presentations.
• Manage project deliverables, deadlines, client needs, and schedule requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design.
• 5–8 years of professional interior design experience.
• Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and Designer Pages Pro.
• Experience with Enscape, SketchUp, and Lumion Render, plus knowledge of Bluebeam.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in cross-disciplinary teams and across multiple offices.
• Ability to work in the San Diego or San Francisco office four days per week and travel occasionally for project tasks.
