Healthcare Interior Designer

Location: Cleveland, Ohio, United States. Hybrid work model with four days in the office and flexibility to work outside the office on Fridays.

What you will do

• Develop creative, technically sound interior design solutions, including space planning, material and finish palettes, FF&E selections, and graphic presentations.
• Create 3D renderings and presentation drawings while coordinating interior design and technical development.
• Lead collaboration with integrated project teams, clients, and project managers to communicate design ideas and solutions.
• Support project schedules, work plans, document delivery, budgets, and construction and material cost alignment.
• Apply BIM standards, oversee QA/QC procedures, and resolve clash detection issues.
• Attend site walks and Construction Administration meetings to improve project coordination and share lessons learned.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of professional interior design experience.
• Undergraduate degree in Interior Design.
• Professional licensure.
• Proficiency in Revit and strong proficiency in A/E/I/P software; knowledge of Bluebeam.
• Technical knowledge of design techniques, tools, sustainable principles, and precise technical plan production.
• Strong communication, collaboration, organization, problem-solving, decision-making, attention to detail, and multitasking skills.
