Resident Relations Manager - Elevate Apartment Homes

Location: Onsite at Elevate luxury apartment community in Cambridge, Massachusetts, USA

Compensation: $23.00–$29.00 per hour plus monthly lease renewal commissions.

What you will do

• Manage resident complaints, service issues, questions, and policy violations.
• Lead the resident lease renewal process and monitor retention.
• Support move-outs, notices to vacate, resident transfers, and move-in and move-out inspections.
• Assist residents with rent payments, service requests, parking registration, pet registration, and package deliveries.
• Communicate with residents and coordinate resident functions.

Requirements

• At least two years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment such as property management, hospitality, retail, restaurant, or sales.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to consistently meet and exceed sales goals.
• Adaptability, problem-solving ability, collaboration, and a goal-driven approach.
• Availability to work during office hours, including weekends; schedule varies by community and season.
• Reliable transportation.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
