Location: Calabasas, California, United States

Salary: $21.00–$22.00 per hour, plus eligibility for an annual performance incentive plan.

What you will do

• Provide administrative support related to the status and flow of business filings.
• Answer incoming calls, identify customer needs, research questions, and resolve customer problems.
• Use state agency systems to determine filing status.
• Communicate filing updates and answers to customers and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 3 years of customer service experience.
• Basic computer skills.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Nice to have

• Associate or bachelor’s degree.
• One year of sales or customer service experience.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams.
• Bilingual Spanish and English reading and writing skills.
