Logistics Specialist

What you will do

• Support and improve operations-chain processes covering safety, quality, production, and material handling.
• Analyze logistics flows and develop practical plans for production and distribution.
• Perform data analysis to identify improvement opportunities across the logistics network.
• Review and update ihirify.globalory and distribution procedures.
• Help select cost-effective transportation options for international shipments and partner with finance on freight costs.
• Identify daily operational issues and coordinate solutions with operations and customer care while considering customer requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or university degree, preferably in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
• Approximately 2 or more years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations.
• Good understanding of standard logistics processes and systems.
• Strong analytical skills, a practical mindset, and the ability to work independently within defined processes.
• Clear communication, collaboration, and customer-focused decision-making skills.
• Fluent English required; Dutch, German, or Polish is a plus.

Nice to have

• Experience with ADG.
• Knowledge of Dutch, German, or Polish.
