TL;DR
Junior Logistics Engineer (WMS/Data Analysis): Improving the performance of a highly automated distribution centre through logistics concepts, operational reporting, process analysis, WMS improvements, and cross-functional projects with an accent on operational feasibility, system impact, risk, and customer impact. Focus on developing dashboards, implementing process improvements, and testing functional changes in the WMS.
Location: Onsite in Tilburg, the Netherlands; working remotely from other countries is not possible. Candidates must already have the legal right to work in the Netherlands.

What you will do
- Create and present management reports, operational reports and dashboards.
- Perform and interpret data analysis to support logistics performance.
- Identify, establish and implement process improvements across Tilburg Logistics.
- Develop, test and implement functional improvements in the WMS.
- Develop logistics concepts while assessing operational requirements, feasibility, system impact, risk and customer impact.
- Contribute to cross-functional and company-wide projects with Operations, IT, Supply Planning, Data Management, HQ and other stakeholders.
Requirements
- Higher professional or university-level education, preferably in logistics, supply chain or business administration.
- 0–1 years of relevant experience in logistics or supply chain operations.
- Experience with ERP or WMS systems; experience with automated logistics processes is advantageous.
- Good MS Excel skills and a critical, improvement-oriented mindset.
- Proactive, results-oriented and able to prioritise in a dynamic environment.
- Good command of English and the legal right to work in the Netherlands; work or residence permits will not be provided.
