Logistics Coordinator and ICS - France

Location: Belgrade, Serbia; hybrid schedule from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

What you will do

• Provide day-to-day logistics support to the customer service field organization.
• Source and arrange spare-parts shipments required for service calls and resolve logistics issues.
• Monitor back orders, expedite deliveries, and manage inventory levels to support service requirements.
• Maintain service-level objectives by monitoring service calls suspended because of parts shortages.
• Manage stock audits, inventory updates, in-transit shipments, discrepancies, and parts-return issues.
• Coordinate with customer engineers, field service coordinators, territory management, warehouses, transport providers, and global logistics teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong written and spoken English and French communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Good PC skills for completing essential responsibilities.
• Ability to support inventory planning, service-parts fulfillment, and logistics-call resolution.
• Employment is conditional upon passing applicable screening criteria.

Nice to have

• Experience with Oracle ES.
