Warehouse Office Agent (Logistics)

Location: Bedrijvenzone Machelen Cargo, Machelen, Belgium. Full-time role combining office-based and operational warehouse activities, with rotating shifts and work on one weekend day every two weekends.

What you will do

• Validate incoming drivers and transport documentation.
• Coordinate loading, unloading, pickup, and delivery timeslots.
• Process shipments in the warehouse management system and maintain real-time system accuracy.
• Prepare and validate CMRs, loading sheets, warehouse checklists, and other operational documents.
• Investigate shipment discrepancies, support inventory activities, and report operational updates.
• Ensure cargo is correctly identified, labeled, prepared, and dispatched on schedule while identifying process improvements.

Requirements

• Experience in warehousing, logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems.
• Strong administrative, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of English is required.
• Ability to work accurately under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and work independently when needed.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts and one weekend day every two weekends is required.
