Logistic Specialist, 2nd Shift NJ (Temp to Hire)

Location: Onsite in Jersey City, New Jersey. Monday–Friday, 3:00pm–11:30pm.

Hourly rate: $18 per hour.

hirify.global provides technology-enabled grading, authentication, vaulting, and sales services for collectibles, including trading cards, autographs, comic books, coins, video games, tickets, and memorabilia.

What you will do

• Distribute incoming boxes for unboxing and prepare orders for receiving.
• Organize and sort orders in storage rooms according to turnaround times and service levels.
• Track and locate orders to support FIFO standards, update spreadsheets, and identify problem orders.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic scanning and organization.
• Support internal Operations customers and collaborate with the Logistics Supervisor and Planner Scheduler on daily projects.
• Keep work areas, supplies, and the Research department floor stocked and tidy for the next shift.

• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
• Communicate clearly, understand written and oral directions, and work professionally as part of a team.
• Manage time, prioritize daily activities, and adapt to changing business demands.
• Handle multiple tasks or projects simultaneously and provide clear instructions in dynamic conditions.
• Ability to work legally in the United States is required; employment eligibility is validated through E-Verify.
• Lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 40 pounds; sit or stand, walk, bend, twist, squat, and work around warehouse machinery and variable temperatures.

Nice to have

• Prior logistics, supply chain, warehouse, manufacturing, or restaurant experience.
• Interest in developing inventory and warehouse management knowledge.
