Logistic Lead - Delft (Den Hoorn Warehouse)

Location: Delft (Den Hoorn Warehouse), Netherlands; onsite warehouse role

Salary: €3,000–€3,300 per month for a full-time position

A bicycle subscription and micro-mobility business providing members with bikes, check-ups, and repairs.

What you will do

• Manage and mentor up to eight logistics employees, including Logistic Operators and Logistic Coordinators.
• Coordinate the movement of up to 100 crafters per month between the warehouse and stores, including transportation routing.
• Drive the use of SAP and S&OE processes, including truck planning and inbound and outbound spare-parts deliveries.
• Maintain accurate system and physical stock levels through regular stock counts and warehouse organization.
• Manage reverse logistics, including bike collection from municipal depots.
• Ensure safe and compliant battery movement through ADR containers while supporting floor operations when needed.

Requirements

• Experience leading and developing a team, ideally a diverse, multinational team.
• Relevant experience in logistics, distribution, or a similar industry.
• Ability to coach colleagues, make data-driven decisions, and solve operational problems.
• Working understanding of SAP.
• Fluent English required.
• Availability for full-time, onsite warehouse work in Delft, Netherlands.
