Talent Development Specialist (AI)

Location: United States; remote

Salary: $65,000–$80,000 per year OTE, including base salary and any applicable target bonus.

What you will do

• Create eLearning modules, job aids, videos, assessments, storyboards, scripts, and outlines.
• Apply adult learning principles, accessibility practices, templates, and brand standards to learning content.
• Use AI tools and modern design tools to draft, prototype, and enhance learning materials.
• Facilitate flagship programs including New Hire Orientation and Accelerating Your IMPACT.
• Support program logistics, participant communications, feedback collection, and continuous improvement.
• Maintain Cornerstone LMS content, enrollments, learning records, completion tracking, and reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Adult Learning, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in talent development, corporate learning, instructional design, training facilitation, or a related field.
• Experience with modern authoring tools such as Articulate Rise or Storyline and basic multimedia tools such as Canva, Loom, or Synthesia.
• Experience using AI and modern design tools for drafting, prototyping, and content enhancement.
• Familiarity with learning management systems, including content deployment and reporting.
• Strong facilitation, communication, collaboration, organization, attention to detail, and prioritization skills.
