Senior Sourcing Lead (Electrical & Electronic)

Location: Anoka, Minnesota, United States; hybrid work arrangement. Minimum 15% travel is required.

Compensation range: $89,300–$165,800 per year, with possible eligibility for annual incentives.

What you will do

• Lead strategic projects for electrical and electronic commodities across global locations.
• Partner with global and local commodity teams to select and develop suppliers and leverage negotiated agreements.
• Support cost management initiatives, including cost tracking and escalation.
• Coordinate the resolution of issues involving existing and new suppliers.
• Work with customers and internal partners to ensure requirements are met.
• Develop supply chain initiatives that improve supply resiliency and responsiveness to customer demand.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Preferred: 5+ years of experience in purchasing, supply chain, strategic sourcing, procurement, or operations in a high-growth environment.
• Project management skills, including planning, scheduling, deadline management, cross-functional coordination, and prioritization.
• Strong analytical and fact-based problem-solving skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing business circumstances and maintain effective relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Minimum 15% travel required.
