Associate Account Executive

Location: Onsite in Torreon, Coahuila, Mexico

What you will do

• Sell hirify.global DXP in a defined territory to generate additional net revenue.
• Follow up on sales leads, make cold calls, research customer needs, and develop business opportunities.
• Close profitable business that supports sales and business objectives.
• Create and execute territory sales plans covering sales calls, service calls, proposal presentations, and other required activities.
• Maintain territory intelligence covering account, market, industry, competitive, and sales activity information.
• Support customer problem resolution and submit required sales performance reports on time.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
• One year of sales-related experience preferred.
• Ability to achieve sales goals and execute sales strategies.
• Strong written and verbal communication, human relations, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to plan, organize, and prioritize.
• Knowledge of English required.
