Ciudad Juárez | District Sales Executive (Logistics)

Location: Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua, Mexico, with regular off-site customer meetings in Ciudad Juárez and El Paso

What you will do

• Manage an assigned sales territory and maintain detailed knowledge of potential customers and competitors.
• Secure new customer revenue by coordinating sales activities across the district office and hirify.global network.
• Maintain timely customer data in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with branch, Product, Service, Geo, and Knowledge Management resources to develop logistics solutions.
• Prepare supporting diagrams and cost-benefit calculations for customer proposals.
• Support new-account transitions, required paperwork, customer introductions, and accounts receivable collection when needed.

Requirements

• Regular availability to meet customers off-site in Ciudad Juárez and El Paso.
• Oral and written proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Confidence with regular laptop-based data entry and prompt decision-making.
