Vice President, Real Estate Investor Relations (Real Estate)

Location: Los Angeles, California, United States

Base salary: $200,000–$250,000 per year, plus discretionary bonus incentives and benefits.

hirify.global is an alternative investment management firm within Brookfield’s credit platform, investing across credit, private equity, real assets, and listed equities.

What you will do

• Support investor engagement and prepare responses regarding portfolio investments, performance, and positioning.
• Partner with Client Relationship Managers, Investment Specialists, the Global Client Group, and investment teams on client updates and fundraising.
• Contribute to LPAC processes, investor governance activities, co-investment processes, and customized client solutions.
• Coordinate information, deliverables, timelines, and investor materials across multiple internal stakeholders.
• Synthesize portfolio and market insights into clear, client-ready materials and written commentary.
• Use sound judgment on sensitive client-facing matters and coach more junior team members.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of relevant experience in a client-facing role within institutional asset management.
• Exposure to and strong interest in real estate credit investing, leveraged finance, or private markets.
• Experience interacting with clients, investment teams, and investors.
• Highly effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong project management, teamwork, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and other Microsoft Office tools; a bachelor’s degree in finance, business, marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
