Manager, Finance and Operations (BSREP V)

Location: hirify.global Place New York, 225 Liberty Street, 8th Floor, New York, United States

Salary: $140,000–$160,000 per year, plus a short-term cash incentive program.

What you will do

• Review financial statements under US GAAP investment company accounting and IFRS.
• Support external audits and tax reporting with Big Four firms.
• Oversee fund operations, credit facility maintenance, and the third-party fund administrator.
• Own quarterly, annual, tax, LP/GP, investor reporting, and compliance processes.
• Monitor liquidity, manage capital calls, facilitate distributions, review wires, and oversee fee and waterfall calculations.
• Coordinate with other departments, assess financial risks and exposures, and train and mentor team members.

Requirements

• 5–6 years of experience combining public and private accounting.
• Required fund accounting experience; private equity real estate experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP principles and financial reporting.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines, changing priorities, and complex operational requirements with high attention to detail.
• Certified Public Accountant certification is strongly preferred.
