Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (GTM Recruiting)

Location: On-site in the Sacramento or St. Louis offices

Salary: $90,000–$100,000 per year

hirify.global provides management and operational services and is expanding its Talent Acquisition team to support corporate and operations hiring across the United States.

What you will do

• Partner with hiring managers and senior corporate and operations leaders on current and anticipated hiring needs.
• Own recruiting strategies for assigned corporate, operations, and industry portfolios.
• Build pipelines through creative sourcing, networking, online recruiting, advertising, and passive-candidate engagement.
• Recruit and interview candidates for high-level positions and present talent to senior leadership.
• Track pipeline health, applicant flow, selection, turnover, and recruiting effectiveness through reports and metrics.
• Coach managers on candidate attraction, interviewing, selection, onboarding, compensation, and compliant management practices; mentor team members as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field, with 3–5 years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience hiring multiple roles across departments and organizations.
• Experience or strong capability in GTM recruiting across sales, technical, and marketing functions.
• Ability to present active and passive talent to senior leaders and executives.
• Strategic adaptability and the ability to manage industry-specific recruiting portfolios.
• A valid driver’s license may be required; travel to recruiting events may be needed.
