What you will do

• Lead the strategic and operational recruiting strategy and oversee daily recruiting department operations.
• Partner with department managers and senior leadership to identify staffing needs and develop sourcing strategies.
• Recruit and interview candidates for executive-level positions and build networks of passive candidates.
• Update recruiting procedures and manage recruitment systems, policies, tools, templates, and onboarding processes.
• Track applicant flow, interviews, hires, promotions, recruitment KPIs, and provide weekly performance reports.
• Mentor recruiting team members and travel to recruiting events as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field, plus 3–5 years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with recruiting strategy, executive hiring, sourcing, recruitment operations, and reporting.
• Ability to supervise, interview, hire, assign, and direct work; conduct performance evaluations and resolve employee concerns.
• Ability to train employees on recruitment processes, systems, policies, procedures, and safety requirements.
• A valid driver’s license may be required.
