GTM Recruiter

Location: Based in Austin, Texas, or Palo Alto, California, United States; hybrid work with the team.

What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for go-to-market roles across the Americas, from intake and sourcing strategy through offer close.
• Partner with hiring managers and GTM leadership to clarify requirements, calibrate profiles, and deliver qualified candidate slates.
• Build role-specific talent maps and top-of-funnel plans using targeted outreach, referrals, networking, and creative sourcing channels.
• Run structured recruiting processes that support objective evaluation, clear communication, timely feedback, and strong candidate experience.
• Use funnel metrics to manage pipeline health, time-to-fill, and hiring velocity while proactively surfacing risks.
• Collaborate with People Ops, Compensation, Legal, Finance, and People Partners on offers, onboarding, ATS hygiene, and continuous process improvement.

Requirements

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Meaningful experience hiring for GTM functions such as Sales, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, or Marketing.
• Strong sourcing skills and experience building top-of-funnel strategies.
• Ability to advise hiring managers, influence calibration, and drive clear decisions.
• Strong operational excellence, data fluency, communication, and candidate-care skills.
• Based in Austin or Palo Alto and willing to work in a hybrid rhythm.
