Apartment Leasing Sales Consultant - Mountain Gate & Trails

Location: Onsite in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA. Typical schedule is Tuesday through Saturday, 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., with seasonal and community-based variations.

Salary: Up to $20 per hour, plus commission opportunities.

What you will do

• Follow the sales process, promptly follow up with prospects, schedule tours, and present the value of the community.
• Lease apartments and consistently meet or exceed monthly leasing goals.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to current and future residents.
• Provide leasing support to other hirify.global as needed.
• Contribute to community marketing efforts and follow Fair Housing Laws and Regulations.

Requirements

• At least one year of sales and customer service experience, including achieving sales goals in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to set and achieve goals and follow a sales process.
• Excellent customer service and resident-facing communication skills.
• Goal-driven, adaptable, collaborative, and focused on customer experience.
• Flexible availability for office hours, Tuesday through Saturday, and reliable transportation are required.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English is required.
