Apartment Leasing Sales Consultant - Timucuan Lakeside

Location: Onsite in Jacksonville, Florida, USA

Salary: $17–$19 per hour base pay, plus competitive commissions.

What you will do

• Follow the sales process, promptly follow up with prospects, and schedule and conduct apartment tours.
• Sell the value of the community and help prospects find a suitable home.
• Meet or exceed monthly leasing goals through consistent sales performance.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to current and future residents.
• Provide leasing support to other hirify.global as needed and contribute to community marketing efforts.
• Follow Fair Housing Laws and Regulations.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of sales and customer service experience, including achievement of sales goals in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience may come from property management, hospitality, retail, or restaurant settings.
• Demonstrated success with goal setting, achievement, and following a sales process.
• Excellent customer service and collaboration skills, with adaptability to shifting priorities.
• Flexible availability during office hours, including weekends; schedule varies by community and season.
• Reliable transportation and proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
