Service Advisor (Automotive)

Location: 200 Jacaranda Blvd, Venice, Florida, United States; onsite service-drive role.

Salary: $25 per hour.

What you will do

• Greet customers and provide concierge-level support throughout the vehicle repair process.
• Communicate repair recommendations, maintenance needs, timelines, warranties, and service updates.
• Manage service orders and help coordinate workflow within the service drive.
• Distribute repair orders between technicians and coordinate parts or tools when needed.
• Support technician productivity, daily labor sales goals, warranty administration, and service processes.
• Maintain customer satisfaction scores and collaborate with technicians, management, and manufacturer representatives.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Strong communication, customer service, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Leadership ability, professional appearance, and polished communication style.
• Previous automotive service advisor or dealership experience is preferred.
