Customer Specialist - Bilingual Preferred

Hourly rate: $15.50–$23.30

What you will do

• Guide customers through vehicle sales, appraisals, test drives, financing applications, and service appointments.
• Assess vehicle condition, document appraisal details, and communicate findings to Buyers.
• Manage inventory activities including vehicle check-in, daily scanning, reconciliation, and cosmetic inspections.
• Process reports, transaction paperwork, document audits, and payments accurately.
• Review repair-order invoices and coordinate with other teams to maintain a smooth customer experience.
• Follow Environmental, Health and Safety requirements and maintain a clean, orderly work area.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills and confidence representing hirify.global and its products.
• Ability to build customer relationships, create win-win solutions, and balance customer needs with business goals.
• Integrity, respect, teamwork, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• High school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and accurately read and transcribe data.

Nice to have

• Sales or customer service experience in retail or a similar environment.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Bilingual communication skills.
