Customer Specialist, Full Time (Automotive Retail)

Hourly rate: $19.00–$28.50

What you will do

• Guide customers through vehicle sales, appraisals, test drives, financing applications, and service appointments.
• Assess vehicle condition, document appraisal details, and communicate findings to Buyers.
• Manage vehicle check-in, daily scanning, inventory reconciliation, and cosmetic inspections.
• Process transaction paperwork, print reports, audit documents, and manage payments.
• Review repair order invoices for billing accuracy and coordinate with internal teams.
• Follow environmental, health, and safety requirements and maintain an orderly work area.

Requirements

• Strong communication, relationship-building, teamwork, integrity, and attention to detail.
• Ability to balance customer needs with business goals, follow processes accurately, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
• High school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and accurately read and transcribe data.

Nice to have

• Sales or customer service experience in retail or a similar environment.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
