Branch Customer Service Representative - South, FL - Multiple Locations

Location: In-office at ACG branch facilities in Ft. Myers, Venice, Sarasota, Naples, Port Charlotte, Kendall, Plantation, Palm Beach Gardens, Vero Beach, Melbourne, or Stuart, Florida

Compensation: $19.00–$21.50 per hour, based on experience, plus performance incentives and annual bonus potential.

What you will do

• Greet and assist AAA members while promoting and selling memberships, travel products, select banking products, and other services.
• Generate leads, share travel and insurance promotions, provide travel information, and make outbound promotional calls.
• Respond to inquiries, resolve complaints, and refer complex issues to senior staff, agents, or management.
• Process payments for insurance policies, travel products, tickets, and travel money products; balance the cash drawer and handle remittance transfers.
• Provide administrative support to travel and insurance sales staff and participate in branch activities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a customer-focused environment and the ability to provide timely, helpful solutions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and confidence learning workplace technology.
• Strong communication, teamwork, organization, prioritization, judgment, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations accurately and work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work on-site and accommodate irregular hours, including weekends, holidays, and community events when needed.
