Location: 11930 FL-64, Bradenton, Florida, United States. Onsite, Monday–Friday, 7:00am–6:00pm; weekends closed.

What you will do

• Build repair orders by sourcing parts and adding applicable labor.
• Answer customers’ technical and symptom-related questions and explain repair solutions clearly.
• Greet guests, communicate repair status, and provide professional phone and in-person service.
• Manage store workflow, coordinate customer service activities, and support efficient high-volume operations.
• Sell services honestly while building long-term customer relationships.
• Shuttle guests as needed, verify repairs meet specifications, and support other employees.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in an automotive service writer, advisor, or sales role.
• Current driver’s license and a driving record acceptable to the insurance carrier.
• Proficiency with Windows-based software and automotive store applications.
• Dependability for a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:00am to 6:00pm.
• Ability to stand and walk for most of the workday and occasionally lift or carry objects over 50 lbs.
• Ability to maintain a brisk pace in a high-volume environment.
