Senior Cybersecurity AI Developer (AI)

Salary: $86.20–$136.27 per hour

What you will do

• Build and prototype software that improves the speed and efficiency of defensive cyber operations.
• Work directly with mission operators to identify workflow challenges and design technical solutions.
• Use large language models and corporate AI resources to accelerate software development and scale data analytics.
• Develop analytical tools for systems vulnerability analysis, incident response, adversary emulation, and COMSEC monitoring.
• Support workflows involving vulnerability patching, incident response, and threat emulation.

Requirements

• United States citizenship and an appropriate security clearance are required.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with an agency-appropriate polygraph is required.
• Master's degree with 6 years, bachelor's degree with 8 years, associate's degree with 10 years, or high school diploma/GED with 12 years of relevant experience.
• Relevant experience in software development processes and programming, including requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, integration, deployment, and maintenance.
• Strong software development fundamentals and proficiency in Python for application development, scripting, and data manipulation.
• Understanding of cybersecurity concepts, defensive operations, or threat landscapes.

Nice to have

• Leadership experience.
• Experience developing AI solutions and using LLMs in production.
• Background in data engineering, data science, or advanced analytics.
• Experience with Splunk development, dashboards, data ingestion pipelines, Kubernetes or Rancher, and Apache Airflow.
