What you will do

• Design and implement security architecture for Azure, hybrid infrastructure, and edge deployments.
• Manage SIEM (Microsoft Sentinel), EDR/XDR, WAF, and CSPM/CNAPP tooling.
• Perform security assessments, penetration testing, and threat modeling across cloud and application layers.
• Integrate SAST, DAST, SCA, and container scanning into CI/CD pipelines as automated gates.
• Secure AI/ML development, including prompt injection protection and training data governance.
• Maintain security policies and audit evidence aligned with NIST, ISO 27001, and SOC 2.

Requirements

• 5+ years in information security, with 3+ years focused on cloud security.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Strong hands-on experience with Azure security services (Defender for Cloud, Sentinel, Entra ID, Key Vault).
• Production experience securing Kubernetes and containerized workloads.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL/KQL for automation and log analysis.
• Experience leading incident response from triage through remediation.

Nice to have

• Experience securing edge or disconnected environments.
• Knowledge of OWASP Top 10 for LLM Applications and MITRE ATLAS.
• Infrastructure-as-code fluency with Terraform or Bicep.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, OSCP, or AZ-500.
