Sr Regulatory Analyst - Pharmacy

Location: Chicago, Illinois, United States; hybrid schedule with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home

Base pay: $55,900–$123,500 annually, plus eligibility for an annual incentive bonus.

What you will do

• Review, monitor, and analyze legislative and regulatory changes affecting pharmacy operations.
• Determine the business impact of state and federal regulations and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Coordinate implementation of regulatory changes across operational areas.
• Draft communications and training materials related to new requirements.
• Work with cross-functional teams on complex projects and initiatives.
• Lead projects, drive results, and respond to changing priorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of health insurance or managed care experience, or 7 years of relevant industry experience.
• At least 2 years of experience analyzing legislation and regulations.
• Experience interpreting state and federal regulations and identifying their operational impact.
• Knowledge of regulatory processes and health insurance business processes.
• Cross-functional collaboration and project management experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, facilitation, decision-making, organizational, and detail-oriented skills.
