What you will do

• Set and execute the school’s academic vision aligned with KIPP priorities and state standards.
• Lead high-quality instruction through classroom observations, actionable feedback, coaching, and development of instructional leaders.
• Use student data to monitor progress, strengthen interventions, and improve literacy, numeracy, and college-readiness outcomes.
• Build a safe, joyful, rigorous, and equitable school culture centered on belonging, accountability, attendance, and student engagement.
• Recruit, develop, coach, evaluate, and retain a high-performing team of educators and school leaders.
• Oversee strategic planning, scheduling, budgeting, testing, enrollment, compliance, and stakeholder engagement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; a master’s degree is strongly preferred.
• Valid Oklahoma administrator certification or eligibility to obtain it.
• 3–5 years of successful instructional leadership experience as an Assistant Principal, Dean, or equivalent.
• Demonstrated success improving student achievement, particularly for historically underserved students.
• Strong knowledge of high-quality instruction, assessment, and data-driven decision-making.
• Strong people leadership, coaching, team-building, and continuous-improvement skills.
