Senior Lead of Student Outcomes (Education)

Location: Fully remote, available only to applicants living in AR, AZ, CO, FL, GA, ID, IN, IL, IA, KS, MA, MD, MN, MO, MT, NC, NM, NV, NY, OH, OK, OR, RI, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WI, or WV.

Salary: $80K–$92K annually, plus a $4K–$5K bonus tied to measurable outcomes.

What you will do

• Build relationships across Assessment, Partnerships, Success, and Student Engagement teams to understand assessment requirements, risks, and partner expectations.
• Monitor family communities and parent groups to identify concerns, participation barriers, and trends affecting assessment engagement.
• Develop forward-looking support roadmaps and improvement plans for specific programs, states, student groups, and assessments.
• Direct Student Engagement teams on targeted preparation, resources, microskills, and family-facing support.
• Help shift assessment culture toward preparation and care through positive, empowering communications and conversations with families.
• Track results, adjust strategies, prepare dashboards and deliverables, and present data-informed findings to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience driving measurable outcomes through structured strategies and improvement plans.
• Ability to set an agenda, communicate priorities clearly, and influence teams without dictating their work.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including confidence in difficult leadership and parent-community conversations.
• Ability to analyze complex information, identify barriers, and turn evidence into actionable plans.
• Independent execution, proactive relationship management, and strong cross-functional collaboration.
• Background in educational program improvement, instructional coaching, student outcomes, district-level improvement plans, monitoring plans, or similar frameworks.
