Business Analyst 2 - Ops (Enterprise Payment Operations)

Location: Columbus, Ohio, United States; office-based role. Applicants must be currently authorized to work full time in the United States. Visa or immigration sponsorship is not available.

What you will do

• Research specialized payment and mortgage banking issues and take corrective action.
• Perform daily operational processes as a subject matter expert.
• Support new system, workflow, and process implementations.
• Lead process improvement initiatives and maintain operational documentation.
• Gather, analyze, document, and update business and project requirements.
• Build test scripts, develop testing strategies, execute system enhancement testing, and report results.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least three years of mortgage banking experience.
• Strong knowledge of loan operations and compliance or regulatory guidelines, including RESPA, OCC, and CFPB requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience collaborating with operations teams, internal colleagues, vendors, investors, and other project stakeholders.
• Current full-time work authorization in the United States; sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Black Knight MSP experience.
• Experience in ACH Operations, Wire Operations, Enterprise Payment Settlement, or TMIO.
