Senior Banking Operations Analyst (Loans)

Location: Chandler, Arizona, United States; full-time onsite role. Occasional travel is required.

What you will do

• Lead the design of products, features, and complex technical solutions that improve banking operations and user experience.
• Collaborate with development teams, business units, senior managers, and executives to integrate processes across multiple systems.
• Lead enterprise project planning, prioritize initiatives, manage multiple complex projects, and drive iterative process improvements.
• Define business, data, and reporting requirements; lead application testing and support successful deployments.
• Analyze and resolve complex design and solution issues, communicate impacts and timelines, and lead change management activities.
• Use AI tools and AI-driven solutions to automate tasks, analyze data, generate insights, and support reporting and decision-making.

Requirements

• 7+ years of related experience in branch banking operations, commercial lending, data management, process improvement, system design, or a similar field.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; a related master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management, or commercial banking products.
• Intermediate to advanced experience with data analytics, business intelligence, data science, Power BI, SQL, Microsoft Office Suite, Visio or Lucid, and ADO.
• Experience with project management methodologies and leading enterprise-wide process improvement initiatives.
• Strong organization, analytical, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and work independently.
