Business Systems Analyst Consultant

What you will do

• Provide technology and business consulting for business opportunities and cross-functional application planning and implementation.
• Identify, evaluate, and configure cost-effective systems that meet business requirements.
• Monitor client feedback and application usage to improve system productivity.
• Deliver senior-level consulting on process improvement initiatives.
• Analyze, define, and document client requirements and revise existing system logic when needed.
• Apply customer-focused decision-making and manage risks in accordance with the enterprise risk management framework.

Requirements

• Must work in the Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania office.
• Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• 3+ years of relevant or direct industry experience.
• Experience with business assessment, business process modeling, requirements analysis, workflow analysis, and technical documentation.
• Knowledge of IT environments, IT project management, application development, software solutions, and process improvement.
• Employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not available for this position.

Nice to have

• CBAP certification.
• Release management, user experience design, customer solutions, and group problem-solving experience.
