Card Operations Project Analyst (Banking)

What you will do

• Lead strategic operational effectiveness initiatives and design products, features, and technical solutions for banking processes.
• Collaborate with development teams, operational groups, senior stakeholders, and executives to integrate complex processes across multiple systems.
• Prioritize initiatives, manage multiple enterprise projects, drive iterative improvements, and address technical debt.
• Define business, data, and reporting requirements; facilitate project planning, application testing, and successful deployments.
• Document process improvements, present recommendations, communicate changes to end users, and lead training and change management.
• Analyze and resolve complex solution issues while mentoring junior Operations Business Analysts.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in banking operations, commercial lending, data management, process improvement, system design, or a similar field.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; a related master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of banking operations, including deposits, loan administration, treasury management, or commercial banking products and services.
• Intermediate to advanced experience with data analytics, business intelligence, data science, Power BI, SQL, Microsoft Office, Visio or Lucid, and ADO.
• Intermediate to advanced project management experience, with a track record of leading enterprise-wide process improvement initiatives.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, interpersonal, leadership, and prioritization skills; occasional travel is required.
