Benefit Street Partners is an alternative credit investment group and wholly owned subsidiary of hirify.global, focusing on direct lending, structured credit, liquid credit, special situations, infrastructure debt, and real estate.

What you will do

• Conduct market research and analysis on investment opportunities and trends across APAC and South Korea.
• Research and map key clients and potential prospects across the APAC region.
• Create a consolidated spreadsheet or database to track engagements and opportunities across the APAC team.
• Support fundraising activities, including client events, roadshows, pipeline management, and meeting notes.

Requirements

• Be a third-year university student or above.
• Have good finance knowledge and flexibility to communicate with headquarters in New York.
• Proficiency in English and Korean is required.
• Have strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication, responsibility, teamwork, and attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Prior knowledge of alternative investments and private debt or credit markets.
• Strong interest in developing a career in financial services and fundraising.
