Senior Analyst, Transparency Reporting ASPAC (Healthcare Compliance)

What you will do

• Gather, analyze, reconcile, and prepare transparency reports and value-added reports for Asia Pacific.
• Support a risk-based external reporting strategy across Innovative Medicine, MedTech, Supply Chain, and R&D.
• Design, develop, implement, and test systems and technical solutions that improve data quality and reporting accuracy.
• Complete project plans and deliverables with systems owners and IT to improve reporting processes and system efficiency.
• Maintain process lifecycle documentation and deliver training on reporting tools and processes.
• Prepare status reports and summary metrics presentations for HCC teams and senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of professional experience.
• Fluent Korean and advanced English communication skills, including formal presentations.
• High personal and professional integrity and strong communication skills.
• Experience analyzing and consolidating data into quantitative analyses or reports.
• Experience influencing business partners or leaders and implementing process improvements in cross-functional or regional environments.

Nice to have

• Advanced Excel skills and experience with Alteryx, Tableau, or Microsoft PowerApps.
• Experience in cross-functional and multicultural teams.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, transaction management, or transparency reporting environments.
• CCEP-I, Seton Hall, or another relevant professional certification.
